Eating outdoors: When bunks are in individual pods, each will eat in either covered areas outside or inside the dining hall with more than 20 feet between them. When we expand into quarter camp pods, we are providing covered, outdoor eating areas where campers and staff will sit by pod.
Food choice: While there will not be a salad bar for the first seven days days of the session, we plan to bring it back upon a negative PCR test from everyone in camp. Then, there will be four salad bars for each quarter camp pod. While we may not be able to offer as many free choice foods as we ordinarily do, there will still be an abundance of options to keep everyone healthy and satisfied.
For those with allergies: All of our "equivalent options" for those with allergies and food sensitivities will still be available, of course. Carefully managed and strictly prepared options for those who are dairy free, nut free, soy free, gluten free, egg free, etc. will still be available for those who have indicated that need or preference beforehand.
