We know that no one likes filling out forms and we're grateful for all the time and effort you and your child's health care provider put into making sure we have all of the information we need to ensure camp is a safe and healthy experience for everyone!
All forms are due May 5 so that our Health Center and Camper Care staff have adequate time to review all of your camper's information carefully. There is a $100 late fee if all of your camper's forms are not completed and submitted on time.
If you are concerned you won't be able to make the May 5 deadline... please reach out to us! We are ready to work with you to find a solution. We would so much rather have a conversation and do what we can to help you get your forms in on time than charge you the late fee.
