All forms are due 30 days prior to Opening Day of your child(ren)’s session, and many require doctor’s signatures, printing, uploading or faxing. You can find all the required core forms in your CampInTouch account under Forms and Documents. You can access your account via the "Manage My Account" button at the top of our website, www.edenvillagecamp.org.
It is extremely important that you follow our instructions exactly and meet all deadlines in order to avoid late fees and to ensure the safety of your child. Please understand how difficult it is for our staff to receive late and unexpected information.
An enormous amount of vetting, cross-referencing and safety-checking is required to process each camper’s information, and unexpected information and late forms inhibit our ability to maintain our strict safety standards.
If your forms are late:
- If you have not submitted your forms by 30 days prior to Opening Day (and have not been granted an extension) you may lose your place in camp to someone on the waitlist;
- If you have not submitted your forms by 3 days prior to Opening Day, you will be automatically unenrolled from camp and not assigned to a bunk. You will be re-enrolled once all forms have been submitted and if your spot has not been given to someone on the waitlist;
- For medical forms only, if you have not submitted these state-mandated medical forms by 7 days or less from Opening Day (even if you have been given an extension) you will be charged a $100 late processing penalty. [These forms must be reviewed by the medical team prior to the start of camp and checked for accuracy. No camper may be present at camp without approved and processed medical forms, per NY State Department of Health];
- For all forms, campers submitting forms on Opening Day will also be charged a $100 late processing penalty, unless a special exception has been granted at least 7 days before the start of camp.
