Full payment is due on March 15, 2025. This is the same day by which families may cancel for a full refund.
After the cancellation deadline of March 15th or 30 days after your child’s bunk fills, all fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel after this date, or if your camper leaves during the summer for any reason, there is no refund. This includes if your camper is sent home for behavioral, psychological or emotional reasons, or leaves early due to injury, illness or family circumstances.
The only way to receive a tuition refund is to purchase camp insurance.
After March 15th and until April 30th, multi-session campers that drop to a single session will be charged a $1,000 dropped session fee for cancellations (in addition to the Enrollment Fee). For families who have met payment deadlines by either paying in full by March 15, 2025 or by creating a payment plan, the remaining balance will be available as a non-refundable credit toward camp in 2026.
After May 1, tuition and fees are fully non-refundable.
For multi-session campers who wish to downgrade to a single session, the full cost of the additional session is not refundable after March 15th.
