A hard-shell case is a great way to protect glasses at camp. We recommend bringing an extra pair of glasses.
We also advise a dental and/or orthodontic exam prior to camp. Dental care or optical needs are not covered by our camper insurance. Charges for the repair/replacement of glasses or lenses or dental work or orthodontia will be billed directly to the family (we’ll call you first).
Eden Village has a relationship with a nearby orthodontist who can provide emergency care if a camper's braces break or otherwise become prohibitively uncomfortable. We will consult with you before seeking this stop-gap orthodontic care. Please note that we cannot accommodate routine orthodontic care or adjustments and this resource is only available for urgent situations.
